A plan before the work

Clear scope.
Considered details.

  1. List the equipment

Vehicle types, quantities, sizes, and photos help us understand the job.

  2. Review the wash area

We discuss water access, runoff handling, surrounding operations, and equipment-specific precautions.

  3. Confirm the work

Agree what is included, what needs special handling, the price, and the access window.

  4. Plan the next visit

For recurring work, agree the frequency and how changes to the fleet will be handled.

Good questions

Know what to expect.

Do you come to our yard?

Mobile service is the starting point. Share the yard address and wash-area details so we can assess suitability and confirm coverage.

Can I set up regular fleet washing?

Yes, you can request a recurring plan. Include vehicle counts and the schedule you have in mind; pricing and availability are confirmed in the proposal.

Is engine or interior cleaning included?

Do not assume it is included. Identify any engines, sensitive components, interiors, or specialist cleaning in the brief so we can confirm what we can take on.
