A plan before the work
Clear scope.
Considered details.
Assess the parts
We discuss materials, condition, prior repairs, and the intended finish before choosing the approach.
Agree preparation
Glass, chrome, sensitive trim, and other vulnerable areas need removal or appropriate protection.
Control the process
Media and pressure are selected for the surface. Thin, damaged, or delicate areas require particular care.
Plan the coating handoff
Bare metal can flash-rust quickly. Agree inhibitor treatment and the coating timeline before stripping.
Good questions
Know what to expect.
Are extra parts included?
Only the parts listed in the agreed scope are included. Additional parts or work are quoted and approved separately.
Will you protect glass and trim?
We will agree what must be removed or masked before starting. Abrasive can damage glass, chrome, and some trim.
How soon should bare metal be coated?
Bare metal can flash-rust within hours depending on conditions. We will discuss inhibitor treatment and the coating window for your project.
