Good questions
Know what to expect.
Can you quote more than one property?
Yes. Add each location to the project brief with its own surfaces, quantities, and access hours. Each location can be scoped separately.
Can work happen outside opening hours?
Tell us your available access windows. We will confirm scheduling and availability in the proposal.
What happens to the wash water?
The plan depends on the surface, residue, drainage, and site requirements. Include your wash-water rules in the brief so handling can be agreed before work starts.
Can you remove every stain?
Results depend on the material and how deeply a stain has penetrated. We assess the surface and discuss realistic expectations before agreeing the job.
