A plan before the work

Clear scope.
Considered details.

  1. Assess the surface

Share the materials, condition, and any known damage. Sensitive finishes may need a test area or a different approach.

  2. Protect what surrounds it

Agree protection for glazing, openings, landscaping, equipment, and active operations.

  3. Plan the visit

Set access hours, utilities, runoff handling, and the areas included in the price.

  4. Confirm the scope

Review the work and realistic expectations in writing before the visit is booked.

Good questions

Know what to expect.

Is every exterior suitable for pressure washing?

No. Material, condition, coatings, and openings affect the approach. Fragile or damaged surfaces may need a different treatment or to be excluded.

Do you clean windows as part of the job?

Glazing and sensitive trim need protection. Window cleaning is not automatically included; the exact scope is agreed in your proposal.

Can you schedule around customers and tenants?

Tell us your access hours and operating constraints. Availability and the service window are confirmed before booking.
